First and foremost i would check with the credit card company if they would allow the credit card transaction for a vehicle purchase, then check with the automobile company if they woulds accept credit card for the purchase of automobile.

acording to in dian penal code section 375 a man commit rape who has sexual intercourse with a woman gainst her wil or without her consent or with her consent but consent was given under fear of death or hurt is rape . in IPC sec 375 three more cercumstances has given.
