Manoj .. it a common problem among many indivisuals across india, good pronounciation is nothing but self confidence. Read a lot of materials like novels,news papers. Watch English movies, try to yalk with people in english, participate in debates, essay writting comeptitions. U will surely improve a lot, remmeber you have to be confident about your self. Take few grammer classes too. It will help.

In RAID, the places of A & R are exchanged and then the difference of the codes of A & R is subtracted from the given code for ARID i.e 80 - (18 - 1) = 63 In the same way, in READ, the places of D & R are exchanged. Now by following the same pattern, required answer is 89 - (18 - 4) = 75
